SHIPPING + PACKAGING

Made to Order pieces will ship in 10-14 business days. 

All other orders will ship in 2-3 business days.

I ship plastic free - everything is 100% recyclable and 100% compostable as I use non-reinforced paper tape that is activated by water using a plant based glue. It is 100% recyclable, compostable, and plastic free. 

I encourage you to reuse, compost, or recycle all packing materials!

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

For hygienic reasons, all masks are final sale. Thank you for understanding.

I am happy to accept returns on all full-price that are in unused condition. 

I do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order.

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return your original item for a refund and visit our website to purchase a replacement.

Items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.  Items must be returned in new/unused condition and original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. 

• All returns must be requested by emailing hello@chelsealensing.com. Please email us within 15 days of receiving your order and provide a brief reason for your request. We will reply with a prepaid shipping label by the Wednesday following your email. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your return label. Chelsea Lensing is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us by emailing hello@chelsealesnsing.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Return requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.

• Returns will be refunded the total paid minus the original cost of shipping.
